A plain-English summary of what we collect and why.
This site is run by Thomas Watson, trading as TSMW Development LTD (“we”, “us”) — AI for Business Ops is a service of TSMW Development LTD. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you submit a work order, we collect the name, email address, company, and project details you provide — what you want built, what the AI should do, and your timeline. We use this only to reply to your enquiry. The form sends those details to our inbox via an email provider (Resend), and a confirmation of what you sent goes back to your email address.
We also use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand site traffic. It sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites, so we treat it as essential to running the site. A consent notice on your first visit lets you accept or refuse anything beyond that. Beyond that, if — and only if — you choose “Accept all”, we load a Google advertising tag (Google Ads) that uses cookies to help us measure how well our adverts work, for example whether a visit led to an enquiry. If you choose “Accept essential” or “Deny all”, that tag never loads and no advertising cookies are set.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to you and discuss potential work. We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to any marketing list without your asking. We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months, then delete them unless we're working together.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of that, email contact@tsmwdevelopment.com. TSMW Development LTD is registered with company number 17204316.
